Requested rooms will be optioned until payment is received. <\/p><p>Sending payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the contract, in accordance with Article 1326 of the Civil Code. The reservation has contractual value and binds both parties to comply with these general terms and conditions.  <\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Payments<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Payment of the full amount of the stay is required to confirm the reservation (unless otherwise notified). This amount may vary at the discretion of the farm. <\/p><p>Payment implies conscious acceptance of the conditions of stay and quality standards presented on the official website.<\/p><p>In the absence of payment, the reservation will be considered void.<\/p><p>The balance of extra expenses must be paid by the evening before departure.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> Check-in \/ Check-out<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><strong>Check-in:<\/strong> from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival<\/li><li><strong>Check-out:<\/strong> by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> Changes to the reservation<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Any changes (number of people, length of stay, etc.) must be communicated at least <strong>7 days before<\/strong> the scheduled arrival date and approved by the facility. Thereafter, a new updated quote will be provided. <\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong> Cancellation policy<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p><strong>Before arrival:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Cancellations communicated <strong>at least 14 days before<\/strong> the arrival date (for refundable reservations) will entitle to a <strong>full refund<\/strong> of the amount paid.<\/li><li>Cancellations made <strong>within the previous 14 days<\/strong> will be charged <strong>100% of the amount<\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Non-refundable<\/strong> reservations receive a 15% discount, but no refund in case of cancellation or no-show.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>During the stay:<\/strong><br>In case of early departure from the booked period, the full amount agreed upon will be charged, as the change does not allow the facility to resell the room.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li> <strong> Damages<br><\/strong>Upon arrival, a security deposit of <strong>\u20ac250 <\/strong>will be required to guarantee any damages caused to the <strong>facility<\/strong>, <strong>furniture<\/strong>, <strong>objects in the rooms<\/strong> or <strong>common areas<\/strong>. The provision of data is mandatory and necessary for the execution of the contract. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Direct marketing activities and promotional communications:<\/strong> subject to your optional consent, we may send you offers, promotions, commercial and informational communications. Consent can be revoked at any time. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal obligations for public safety:<\/strong> transmission of data to public safety authorities (art. 109 of R.D. June 18, 1931 no. 773). The provision is mandatory and refusal prevents your stay at our facility. Such data will not be kept by us.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Administrative, tax and accounting requirements:<\/strong> processing is necessary for legal obligations and does not require your consent. Data will be kept for the time required by current regulations (e.g., 10 years for tax purposes). <\/li>\n<li><strong>Registration for future stays:<\/strong> with your explicit consent, we may retain data to facilitate any subsequent reservations. Consent may be revoked at any time. <\/li><\/ol>\n<p><strong>Nature of conferral and consequences of refusal<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The provision of data for the purposes mentioned in points 1, 3 and 4 is mandatory. Refusal prevents the performance of the requested services.
